We started using this company early spring of 2023. I was happy that they were able to get the weeds in the grass and landscaping under control. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication. The tech would show up whenever they wanted, never talked to us - NEVER with any suggestions or what we NEED to do to maintain everything. Also had several landscaping jobs I wanted to discuss and hire them to do. Remove shrubs, plant new ones, etc. After leaving several messages and an on line messa
We had 2 squirrels in our fireplace and contacted Varment Guard. The responding technician, Ryan Scott, did a great job in helping us trap and release the squirrels into our yard. He then removed a squirrel nest from our chimney and placed wire netting over the chimney to prevent future incursions (see attached photo). He did a great job and was a very personable guy! I had sudden bees coming into my home in the past two/three weeks. Thought they were coming through my attached garage ? Lawn looks better using Spring Green this year than the previous 6 years. Techs take the time to make sure I understand my lawn and it's areas of concern. Techs took care of my lawn throughout the year and it just looks GREAT. Spring Greens service and responsiveness was, and is great as well. Every call and conversation with Spring Green on site, was productive and questions/care addressed. Extremely pleased with Spring Green and looking forward to an even better lawn next year.
