Hammond And Lemmons Termite And Pest Control

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The owner, Bob Lemmons, was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way he handled things. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, his attitude came off dismissive and hostile, which made the whole situation unnecessarily unpleasant. I expect basic courtesy when dealing with any business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend working with someone who treats customers this way.

Bob is hands down one of the best landlords! He actually cares about his tenants.

I called on a Wednesday about a yellow jacket/hornet problem and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Kevin was early, friendly, professional and took the time to listen to me. Within hours of his treatment there was no activity in or around the hive. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They stepped in and did what I was told couldn't be done and within a tight deadline! I got follow up phone calls to make sure everything was done just so. Professional and friendly service staff. Just a great experience. Will for sure use them again.

I have used their quarterly service for more than 5yrs at four locations. They really are superb! I only see DEAD bugs. Keep up the great work guys!
