my friend called them and maybe you have to ask or pay extra for the "discreet professional bed bug treatment" claim they make on thier website but there was absolutely NO descretion at all. They show a guy in what looks similare to a hazmat suit on thire website but that is false as well. The guy who came to her apartment was wearing everyday casual clothes and had just come from a bedbug infestated home and he never did anything to prevent contaminating every home he went in. Andy was very efficient and friendly. He explained the service to me, offered extended services and advice on how to handle future troubles. He even removed cobwebs from my porch and overhangs!
