I recommend avoiding this company for pest control. Their service is subpar, and their customer service, in our experience, was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Our August inspection report, after we had shared rodent problems, said, "Inspected rodent control equipment. No activity found in mechanicals. Replaced bait as needed.” A member of our Board was present for that visit, and the tech didn’t replace bait as needed, and in fact didn't even know where all of their traps were on the property.

After having my body inspected by some strange dude I've never seen I was told I didn't have flea bites all over my body. Basically there are seven of us in family but I am the only one bitten in the house, so I'm trying to show this idiot all the flea beds and areas where was are heavy. He takes a picture of the stuff and says it's debree. Amazingly the debree follows me jumps onto me and bites me. Because it's fleas!! They claim to guarantee for a year but if bugs or rodents come back and you call them they will only treat where you saw an insect not the general area to prevent further bugs. They said they treated the outbuildings for rodents (almost $500 a year charge) but they couldn’t even find the traps they were supposed to have put down. Said they treated the basement (it’s only a crawl space)(and they weren’t in there). Worse $1,000 I spent, find another company. 1 star is 1 to many
