A couple weeks after having my apartment treated for bugs.. I was continuing to have problems with them.. the company worked with me to get the problem resolved and checked back with me to confirm the issue was resolved!!

We had them spray for spiders & wasps. We still have an issue with both of these. In fact, we might have more spiders now than before they sprayed. I went out & got spray from TSC & sprayed too.

We were especially grateful at the friendly and compassionate way he greeted our old cat who was sleeping under the bird feeder and behind the bushes. WONDERFUL COMPANY!! Hired 2 companies prior to Ace. Neither company helped us, in fact, our problem got worse! Ace was able to help us solve our issues in a very timely, cost effective manner. Their service guys are top notch and take the time other companies don't, to be thorough and DO THE JOB. I HIGHLY recommend calling them.1st.

The services I called ACE Pest Control to my properties for were handled quickly, I was explained in detail what I needed and why AND they took a lot of the stress off of me so I could focus my energy elsewhere!! They were honest and extremely knowledgeable!! I definitely recommend using them to anyone with ANY kind of pest issues! I know I will absolutely be using them if/when I need them in the future! Had them come do a termite inspection for a loan. It took them a week or so to do the inspection. The technician was very punctual, so no extra time wasted on waiting for em.

If you don't like technicians urinating in your yard, don't hire them. I did not even hire this company, yet they came out for the previous homeowners contract from over a year ago. The technician did a half as$ed job of pulling off the covers and not even pulling the tubes out of the termite stations to check them. He then proceeded to urinate in a corner where he thought no one would see him. When I called to confront the company all they could say is that it was unprofessional and they needed their equipment back if I wasn't going to continue the service.
