Dan the sales rep was absolutely amazing! He had great energy and perfectly explained what the Franklin Technicians were going to do to treat my home. The technician called me 30 minutes before he arrived and was super professional and nice. I have not had any bug problems ever since getting treated! Overall, Franklin had great communication and I am very impressed and happy with Franklin Pest Solutions.

Amazing service! Jax got us set up for monthly pest control after using another company that we were extremely unhappy with. Everything Jax promised us was real! We are even paying way less than the awful company we were with before. After the first spray we saw results immediately! Even better results the day after. Everyone we have encountered with Franklin has been wonderful and friendly as well. This company is the real deal!

Jax came and explained the program. Gave military 🪖 discount. Was amazingly worth everything. Even had the necessary tools to ensure a wash for carpenter bees 🐝. I would definitely recommend 👌 them to anyone.

Technician was servicing my neighbors house and decided to stop by and solicit other neighbors for business. Not only does our subidivision have clearly posted no solicitiation signs and require permits, but I have a sign posted at my doorbell. The technician did it anyway and kept pressing me with a sales pitch after I pointed this out 3 times in the video doorbell conversation. Very unprofessional and unethical - would never recommend based on these antics alone.

Jax, he was an awesome kid. Great energy, fully brought me through the whole entire process. He explained everything well and I even watched what the technicians at Franklin work at my home and it lined up exactly with what he was telling me would happen. We went with the General Pest, Ticks, Fleas, and the Mosquitos. He also did the full MOLE treatment and it has been great. Super Happy and HIGHLY recommend Franklin Pest Solutions!!!
