Hired this company and payed a deposit up front. On the day they were supposed to come to the house (had to take a day off work), they no-showed and when I called the company, the operator “couldn’t get in contact with anyone”. Had to fight to get the deposit back, missed a day of work, and was shocked at how poor the company response was. Nobody reached out to explain or apologize. Would recommend staying far away from a company that behaves so unprofessionally.

Worst company ever dealt with...thanks too this company (if it even exist)...i will never ever pay before service is rendered...i only went with it cause of all good reviews....basically i was charged $79 friday, was suppose to have someone called monday to come inspect, never got a call...called tuesday says someone will call again, never did....whats even worst is getting a hold of someone to cancel a service i never got...today is thursday and i still have a roden problem...i even had to call my bank to put stop payment just so they dont autodraft payment because its a 1 yr contract....now im $79 in the hole trying to see if i can even get my $79 back...keeps putting me hold and hanging up on me....i dont write reviews, but im only putting this in cause im furious, and hoping someone does not get scam like i did...im wondering if this is even a real pest company..if it, Terrible terrible company...im gonna report it to BBB....if i could 0 star i would, but i have to give a star to post

Don’t wast your time with this company! I had called an scheduled an appointment with them, after waiting a few days for them to return my call we had set an appointment for 12:00 on a set day. I got a call the day before to confirm, which was great! The next day they showed up at 10:15. Not even close to the set time. I was not home and my husband who is sick had to handle the situation. We had them out because we have a wasp problem near my deck. I can’t locate a nest but I’m outside killing at least 5 a day and there seems to be no end. We can’t even go in our backyard anymore without being chased out. Wayne came out (the Branch Manager) and he told my husband, because it was a windy chilly day they wouldn’t be out. So WE needed to find where they are coming from to locate a nest and then call him. Well the reason I called them was because I wasn’t able to find an entry point or nest (or I would have taken care of it). So I’m left back where I started from and disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company. I was out of my apartment for over a month trying to capture a family of mice. I was noticing poison blocks consistently disappearing but no dead mice. After the first two weeks and trapping 3 mice, my complex decided to finally hire an exterminator to ease my discomfort. I was ecstatic! To my disappointment, he did bare minimum in attempting to help find entry/exit points, and trying to help me capture what could still be in my apartment with professional poison and/or traps. He found a brick missing on my exterior and said that was possibly the entry. He moved my stove back, saw a small hole, and said that possibly could be the exit. I mentioned and physically showed him where I think they possibly could be coming from and where the high traffic areas have been; he didn’t even attempt to look for himself. I thought he was still outside looking for holes, I didn’t even know he left. The same night he left, I physically seen a baby mice come from the same corner of a wall that I showed him earlier. He told my maintenance lady to use her poison. And the only solution he gave was he can put a box outside with bait that may trap them and come back and check it, but the costs was like $200. He was here all of 15 minutes. A complete joke and waste of time. I purchased a night vision camera and I’ve caught an additional 3 mice since the day he left. I believe they are gone now and I’m finally back home. I haven’t seen/heard them nor have any poison blocks came up missing recently. This has been a complete nightmare!

Rapid pest solutions did NOT follow industry standards of termite inspection. Termite damage was clearly evident in both my garage and unfinished utility room. By their own admission the inspector did NOT perform tapping and sounding. Areas brought to the inspector attention were ignored and said to be water damage, when in fact, it was termite damage. My restoration costs total almost 10,000 dollars! And this company refuses to pay for their negligence! All areas were visually unobstructed and if this company had ANY knowledge at all about termites I would not have incurred this expense! Go elsewhere for your inspection! Save yourself from their ignorance and negligence!

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property, both inside and out. We were very please with their service and would recommend them to our family, neighbors and friends.
