Didn't even get the chance to do business with them. Set up an appointment and waited a week. An hour after the scheduled appointment time and no courtesy call I called in to see what was going on and they acted like they'd never even talked to me. The receptionist said that no one was ever coming to our house. I will not use them because communication is important

Hard to reach! Promised to do monthly service never shows up! Chasing them to get them to do what they promised finally gave up on them. Absolutely don’t recommend them!!

I was looking for a reliable pest control service and decided to call Ajax Exterminators in Monticello, Indiana, based on my neighbor’s recommendation. I’m glad I did! They were prompt and professional from the start. The day after I called, they sent out a technician named Robert, who was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my crawlspace, for any issues. When he came back out, he showed me pictures of his findings and explained everything in detail. He walked me through the type of pesticide they use, the treatment process, and the cost—no surprises, just clear and honest communication. I scheduled the treatment for two days later, and everything went smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. If you need an exterminator in the Monticello area, I highly recommend Ajax Exterminators!

If you want an animal suffering a week in a trap in your attic with business refusing to answer your calls after paying them..THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

I called on Wednesday because I have a bed infestation. They are literally coming through the cracks in my front door and my oven exhaust. I have a lifelong phobia of bees and wasps. I was told someone would be out the next day between 9:30-10:00. They never showed up and no one answered the phone. I even went by their office. Two days later and no one had called me back, and no one answers the phone. I had explained that I had been living in fear and terror every day for a week because of the bees. Ended up having to go to a motel. This company is completely unreliable and inconsiderate!!! Please, don’t waste your precious time on this company.

Communication was terrible. Called and set up an appointment for an inspection at 9 am on a house I'm in the process of buying and was told I needed to be there. Sat there until 9:30 and no one showed up. Called multiple times with no answer. They ended up showing up 2 hours later and were not prepared as they didn't set up an appointment with the realtor. After the inspection, there was no communication about when I would get a report, and they were unreachable. I had to physically show up to the office to get my report and pay.

Nice and friendly. And affordable

They were supposed to spray my whole house and treat the whole house and he was in and out of my 1800 SQ ft three story house in 10 mins. And we started seeing more of the unwanted creatures after his supposedly treatment. And I called the office to talk to someone and left a message and no one returned my call. Not too happy.

They refuse service.

They were very respectful and prompt. They listened to what our problem was and suggested the service with a variety of payment plans. They are very knowledgeable about pests and proud of it.

I have used their services twice since moving into this area. Both times there was absolutely no activity afterwards in house, basement, attic, or garage. The first time it was several months (abt 6) before I saw anything at all. I called for them to return due to a few ants. Ants were gone immediately. Really happy with their service. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and paid attention to my requests. I don't live in Monticello but have made an appt for within a few days. Do recommend and they will be my pest control service.

Let our bill Lapse, nothing no complaining didn't ask 4 payment up front ..(we paid) but still amazing company!

Ajax have used them several times always been good

I called there at the beginning of the week. They said they were running a little behind schedule. They would get back to me next week. I said that's fine, the ants ain't going anywhere. 2 days later I got a call that they could come out Thurs ( yesterday) and they did. Robert inspected my whole crawl space and garages. He explained everything. They'll be out next Thursday or Friday. I would highly recommend them!

Outstanding over and above service for two yellow jacket nests in the ground in my yard. Friendly fast service for a job I wouldn’t attempt. They even came back the day after the service to make sure all the bees were dead. Thank You

Great local business! A nicer bunch of folks you could never meet. Prompt, called and they were out the next day. Had them out to get rid of ants and ended up getting a termite treatment as well because there was obvious prior damage. Preventative treatment, as no activitive termites were found. Ants are gone as well as spiders and several other bugs I found dead(yay)on the floor the next day.🕷🐜🦗🪳 It’s so nice living in a bug-free house I’m having them back out for a regular schedule of treatments. My unconditional recommendation 👍👍👍

Very honest, we had some type of bug that looks like termites but they let us know it wasn't.that saved us a couple hundred dollars
