Amazing customer service! I called in a few weeks ago cause I heard something scratching around in my attic area… Jacob came out and inspected our attic and thankfully whatever was in there got out and even more thankful whatever it was was not big (I was thinking a raccoon when I heard it) cause he did a very thorough Inspection and said raccoon could not fit in any of the openings he found. He gave us an estimate for what it would cost to close up all the holes so even the small things like squirrels cannot get in (Which is most likely what the culprit making the noise noises was). We decided to go ahead and have him do the work since his estimate was more than fair price wise! He then came out and got all of the holes closed up. What’s also nice is he does a detailed report with pics each time too. We will definitely be in touch with him soon for some other stuff cause we live in the county with lots of spiders and mice lol. She I highly recommend Sure-Catch cause Jacob is definitely good at what he does and he is honest with incredibly fair prices!
