Communication issues marred our experience. We called for an estimate on a bee problem. We were told that a quote would start at $175. The technician arrived and did not inspect formally or give an estimate but simply asked for the payment to do the job. Additionally, the tech mentioned that he would be unable to do an inspection because he did not have a bee suit. However, when we did pay him for the work, he donned a bee suit to do the extermination. Very underwhelmed, especially knowing there is another $75 we will have to pay for the follow up.

Always provides great for last 7 years . We rarely have issues and when I do there quick to respond and take care of whatever it may be. Last few years don’t see any bugs at all There amazing

We have had Corey out to our house quartet for a year. Each time he has been out we have been pleased and never see any spiders, webs, mice. Corey is very pleasant and knowledgeable also very helpful when we have questions.

Contacted this company at the recommendation of our home inspector for a pest inspection at the home we're in the process of purchasing. The technician claims to have shown up at the scheduled time "but nobody was home & unable to gain entry". However there were folks on site waiting for this service to be completed - technician did not arrive on site & did not perform the services requested; did not so much even attempt to contact me "while on site". It wasn't until the following day when I called to pay the invoice that I realized services were not performed & the young lady on the phone acted as if I were the one causing an inconvenience for her. Highly disappointed in what little interaction had with this company. Guess I should've checked their reviews before calling...
