Mr. Pest Control

Large hornet nest under the eve of the house Pest Control removed. The 2 young men were very professional, got right to work and did a through job, very pleased.

I'm a little irritated about the situation. The guy who came was very pleasant to work with and polite. Scheduling was a pain because of our work schedules. We were finally able to make a date but it rained them out. I told him to come whenever. They would let me know. Then I had to call because no one ever came. She "forgot" to get us back on the schedule although we had already paid in full. Then they came out and forgot to bring paperwork that I said was fine to mail. I still don't have it. I just kind of feel like I've had to keep up with them to do what they need to do. I tried to be very flexible. Maybe I should have been more rigid. Nice folks, but have to keep after them.

Don't believe the child and pet safe nature that they say they killed my cat

Spoke to a woman who I assume usually takes the phone calls and she went above and beyond what I wouldve expected. Especially after they didn't have the product I needed, she continued to help to the best of her ability even tho she wasn't going to make any money or a new client out of it. The one, house/business call, guy I've dealt with was just as friendly & helpful.
