Found a large hornets nest in my mom’s garage. Jackson had someone out the next day and they sprayed the nest and came back 2 days later to remove it. Super friendly and professional company. Don’t hesitate to contact them for any pest issues you might have.

In my search for termite exterminators, I came across this company. Although they do not deal with termites, Rob gave me a call back and was extremely informative and gave me more information than any of the companies that do deal with termites! I am so grateful for the time he spent giving me information and direction without a single cent paid. What a wonderful man and company! I have known Rob for many years. He is very honest and he knows bugs. I had a Hornet's nest between the siding and the house, and were hundreds of hornets. After getting stung many times trying to do that myself, I realized I needed the experts, and Rob was my first and only call. He had Tyler come down, and he got rid of them the first time. The price was great, and he has a great team of experts. I will be using him from now on, so I no longer have to worry about it. Highly recommended. Absolutely the best. I called them in the morning and they came out that same afternoon. They treated my house for ants. My main concern was my animals. I wanted to make sure anything they put down with safe for my animals They listened to my concerns very patiently and answered all questions. The process was much easier and quicker than I had anticipated. They also told me if I had any problems to call them but I am happy to say I had none. I have used them before but I hadn't used them for quite a number of years because I didn't have a problem until this year. I am extremely glad I had an old invoice that told me what company I used I would recommend this company to anybody. Not only were they fast and friendly but they are reasonable in price. I have no concerns using them because I know they will listen to me and make sure my animals are safe. Definitely recommended highly.

Rob and his crew are the best. We've used Jackson for multiple annoying pests around the house including carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and a hornets nest. Jackson Pest takes care of the problem thoroughly every time. I also LOVE their preventative maintenance program that gives me peace of mind if anything pops up throughout the year.

I had a roach problem that gotten out control and I called Jackson Pest Control for help. We had 2 appointments for the service in about a 3 week time frame. We have one appointment set up to finish. The problem is now under control. These people do a great job…friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and communication is top notch. Where to begin as everything about our interaction with Jackson Pest was positive . . . very quick response to my request for help with our problem (yellow jackets); very professional, polite, pleasant and extremely easy to talk to (explaining everything he was doing) I highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again! Multiple visits to handle a bee problem. Sprayed for them out side our house forcing them in an exhaust fan in our main floor bathroom. Thousands of bees dead and alive fell into the bathroom for weeks. The owner said he would visit to make sure it gets handled and never showed. Still got a bill for $200 and we had to remove the nest above our bathroom ceiling and clean up the entire mess. We couldn’t use the bathroom for almost three weeks. We would not recommend this service. The owner also had the chance to make things right when we called to pay them and he choose not to. I’m not cheap just expect service when it is promised. I would have paid $500 to get the problem handled.

We had a carpenter ant problem that Rob and his crew took care of. After the initial treatment, I still saw an ant or two around. Rob came out and explained everything about the world of ants (this guy really likes to talk bugs), and handled the problem quickly and effectively. We highly recommend this company!
