They were incredibly responsive and helped me get an urgent technician scheduled for my buyer clients’ home right away. Because of their speed and professionalism, the inspection issue was diagnosed and remedied so quickly that we didn’t even have to push back my clients’ closing date — which is HUGE in a real estate transaction. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you ever wake up and realize your house has been selected as the unofficial Airbnb for raccoons… call Lady Bug Pest Control immediately. We had what I can only describe as a tiny masked bandit convention happening at our place. Trash? Inspected. Property? Judged. Personal space? Ignored. Enter Jadin. Calm. Professional. Absolutely unbothered by the fact that a raccoon had declared squatter’s rights. While I was inside whispering, “Is it still out there?” Jadin was out there handling business like this was just another Tuesday. He explained everything clearly, took care of the problem quickly, and made sure those little nighttime ninjas packed their bags for good. No drama. No chaos. Just results. Brant came out today to do our very first quarterly pest prevention and maintenance since having them come out to do a bat removal and seal up the attic. He was on time, professional, explained everything thoroughly, and did an excellent job getting the gutters and soffits cleaned out, spraying around the house and garage, setting bait traps, etc. Our house not only looks cleaned up but is now one step closer to being pest free out in the country.

Friendly, professional and efficient service. Patrick and his assistant were on time and personable. Notwithstanding working in 18 ins of snow, the dead doe impaled on the top of our 6 ft. perimeter fence was removed with precision and expertise. Highly recommended.

We have been in a state of emergency for a winter storm and STILL serving clients with emergency animal issues. <br><br>Our phones are on and being answered by 3 of our amazing customer service reps. <br><br>We also checked our records from our phone system from the past week, there have been no calls unaccounted for. Perhaps you called the wrong number. 317-601-2873.
The techs were able to come out same day and take care of a frightening bat issue for my family and I, however I believe the pricing on the quote to complete repairs to my house to prevent bat re-entry were influenced by our fear of the bat. I have since had the work completed for less than 15% of the price I was quoted by Lady Bug.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to better understand your experience and discuss the work that was completed at your home.<br><br>While our team performed a thorough bat inspection and provided a detailed inspection report, the exclusion work itself was completed by a construction company that does not specialize in bat removal. As we discussed, that company addressed two entry points, whereas our inspection identified more than ten additional areas where bats are known to enter homes in search of shelter.<br><br>Sealing only a portion of these openings may stop activity in those specific areas, but over time bats will relocate and find the remaining unsealed entry points. This is why bat-specific exclusion focuses on identifying and addressing all potential entry areas, not just the most visible ones.<br><br>I appreciate your time today and the conversation we had to review our findings and address your concerns.<br><br>Jaclyn Ricci, Owner

Services are higher priced than other providers in the area. Business struggles with billing for multiple properties. Customer service for billing is poor. Provided one business check with all invoice numbers and monies were applied to only one invoice and one invoice had large credit while other invoices showed past due. As a result of past due invoices, I was not able to schedule a new visit when necessary because they have a policy of not scheduling if you have invoices due. A simple review of prior payment would have shown all invoices were paid. It you are looking for quality customer service, I suggest you look for another provider.
Patrick was 1 hour late but I am hopeful the trap will attract a raccoon.

Never hire this company. Didn’t even know what they were doing. Didn’t even do a good inspection and they took my money and left without saying anything about the work. Refusing to pay me back because they never gave me a quote.
