Tom is super knowledgeable. Was very kind and efficient! My family and I will use Tom again in the future for any of our needs!

He came over not too long after I called and was able to deal with a pretty serious yellow jacket problem I had. They're now all gone and the issue with dealt with swiftly! Very knowledgeable on his craft and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

AVOID. incompetent. ****second update**** 5/29/24 Tom, "goot" approached my employer about getting me to take this review down over a year later. My employer has nothing to do with this. Abc pest controls' inept work speaks for itself but it turns out he's not above trying to intimidate me into removing a review through my job either. The work was performed at 208 State St. In laporte indiana just in case you think this a "scam" Affordable Bio Control was contracted to remedy a cockroach infestation. " I treat a lot differently than everybody else" he told me, after i told him about the property still having an unmanageable number of cockroaches that have since spread to surrounding buildings. He seemed really pleased with himself telling me that he got the cockroach problem down to " about 60% as bad as it was originally" with zero residents in the home. Leaving 40% of cockroaches in a home where no one even lives is not a professional level of work or care. I cannot imagine how overwhelmed he would be treating an occupied home. When i told him that his treatment over several weeks wasn't working, he said he planned on coming back in a week to check it out, meanwhile the whole building is uninhabitable. When I told him that at least two other homes have been infested since his treatment started, he said " i guarantee that they had bugs before, yeah you're going to get bugs, that's a civil issue between you two". This company is inept at eradicating pests as agreed on by everyone ive spoken to about the property. He botched the job The bigger issue is that they seem to have no urgency or regard for how their lack of knowledge has a ripple effect on his customers and other affected areas. As of today, several weeks into Affordable Bio Control's treatment the problem has not been fixed and the problem has spread to multiple properties. Get out of this business. You should not be able to charge for this level of incompetence. ****Update**** Occupants of units on both sides of this property have had to move despite Tom saying that all of the roaches outside are dead.

I manage 14 properties in LaPorte we hire Tom for all our pest control!! We recently purchased a property that was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches Tom came out treated the property and returned multiple times to check the property! He is so knowledgeable and so polite. He explained the process and did everything he said he would do. He was also half the price I was quoted by another pest control company! Tom has all our business we are very pleased by his professionalism, knowledge, and jobs well done.

Tom is not good at rodent issues. He is not polite. We still have mouse problem and he wont answer.

WORST service ever ! Message to Tom, if your going to work for a business make sure you know how to talk to your clients ! You were VERY rude !

Tom got rid of the wasps around my house , great guy
