We had a pretty bad wasp/hornet situation on our roof. They came out the same day we called and did what they called an upspray. A few weeks passed and we noticed there was still an issue, called, and they again came the same day to respray. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with from this business were lovely folks. Highly recommend!

Paid $125 to have a groundhog removed from my property, two days later the groundhog returned. If you don’t take them far enough away they will just return to their original den.

Jeremey is wonderful, he comes and sprays our work office and is always so friendly! Definitely recommend him for any pest control!

Edited for 2025!!! Alex and staff were just fabulous! He was out within the hour today on a yellow jacket nest that popped up over the last few days! We just love them, their staff, and their accuracy! Thank you again!!!! Edited for 2022- I hit a yellowjacket nest with the mower today! One sting and you'd've thought I was qualifying for a running event! The nicest man was out there (in his full suit) less than an hour later- and I never have to run again. This company is just great in every way, and we heavily reccomend them forever. The yellowjackets haunting our front steps are gone! I tried some things I shouldn't have, too. Wonderful people all around, and they were so, so fast in responding. A+ business.

I recently had Monroe Pest Control come to my house for mice. Eric was the friendly Tech. who helped that day. He took the time to educate me on prevention. He placed everything efficiently and in a timely matter. Just after a few days all activity ceased. Appreciate you!

I had hornets nests and waited 5 days for Orkin and had to call them 8 times. My patience ran out and I reached out to Monroe Pest Control. They took care of the problem the next morning. The secretary kindly listed to my story and how disappointed I had been and was very caring and empathetic. The young women who came the next morning was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Overall, my problem was solved and the company was professional and reliable. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of pest control.

We had Monroe come out today to do our fall service for our office and they sent Amalia and she was very professional and great personality. She showed me what she was doing and also what to look for this time of year. Amalia was very impressive with her customer service.

I have used them for years and they do a good job. I called today to schedule an appointment and for the first time, they ask for a credit card to hold the appointment. Personally, I don’t verbally give credit card info over the phone. The rep handling the call though, was extremely rude, telling me how all their customers do it and she does this everyday. She goes on to state that data breaches occur all over the world, all the time. Considering that I have worked in IT for over 30 years, worked at a major bank and the federal government, dealing with data security, I know how easily data can be compromised. I guess my check isn’t good enough anymore, oh well, say la vie!

First time using a pest service. I had carpetder bees and called Monroe. The woman on the phone was so nice and gave me an estimate based on some info. They sent Nick out and he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Sprayed my house and garage throughly. Answered all my questions. Charged me on the lower end of my estimate. I will definitely be using their services again!

My house was infested with those tiny ants last year, no matter what I did I could not get rid of them. After using Monroe there was not an ant to be seen in the house! This year I will have them spray twice a year as a precautionary. They are very affordable, knowledgeable, do great work and have great customer service! Highly recommended.
