Scam Alert – Stay Far Away! I’m extremely disappointed with this pest control service. Not only did their treatment not work (I've actually seen more bugs since they started), but they lock you into a contract that is nearly impossible to get out of without paying hefty cancellation fees. They require you to sign up for monthly services, and if you try to cancel, they hit you with a $150 cancellation fee plus other charges — all for a service that delivers zero results. This feels like a scam

I was having a flea problem and had an inspection. I was at work while my boyfriend was home. He did the inspection and didnt find anything he tells my boyfriend the price of $295 which we were okay with, he then emails me a contract with the price of $375 which is a little ridiculous. He added $80 extra while saying his manager didnt like the price he gave us. If that was in fact the case, he should have called us to see if we agree and not given us a price at all while doing the inspection. VE

My landlord used this company to service my property. The exterminator was always short and dismissive. Everytime he’s ever come to my home he’s acted as if I were a bother. Living in the country rodents are inevitable, however, Franklin did as little as possible to help. The technician did not look around, he just laid a few snap traps in areas of my home I’d told him I’d NEVER even seen activity (and I moved them once he left).
