Called to get a free quite which the guy was nice enough to come to my house whene it was raining to check on my property but I had wait two weeks when he said it would take 1-2 days to receive a quote. All of a sudden he emails me after I call at least 2-3 times with no reply and says that he doesn't have time for my project. They checked my house multiple times within a month to make sure the mouse problem was eliminated. They make sure you are totally aware of what they can and cannot do to eliminate the mice. Jerry, the owner showed up on time as he said he would he had all the documents I needed. He did a great job. It is always nice to do business with a fellow veteran and a local company. He gave me some insight on what to look for for my appraiser and even sent the documents off to the lending institution. I would highly recommend his company.
