I heard bats in my attic/walls and gave Joe a call at 10 pm. He called me back at 7 am and was out at my house the next day. He quickly got the gaps filled and the one-way door installed. His work was immaculate. A month later, he was back out to remove the one-way door and to install the last bit of flashing. As before, he was thorough, efficient, and professional. His rate was entirely reasonable, and I'll call him again if I ever have other critters in my home. He's the real deal!

I just can't say enough great things about Rustys, from thier prompt response ,i live in pendleton and had birds stuck in my vent although its an ongoing issue in my neighbourhood it was very hard to get any assistance until i contacted rustys ,they treated me with so much care and how handled my issues i had with the birds this company is caring and they do have passion for what they do. I was very well assisted. I recommend this company and I wish I could give them 10stars .

Called regarding a flea infestation in a rental home. David returned my call that day and met with me within two days. It was a lot worse than we expected and took several treatments. Vacuuming between treatments was recommended but we did not have the power on yet. David used his own vehicle for power and vacuumed for us. That's going above and beyond for sure! I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a great price and fantastic customer service!
