Had a yellow jacket problem had tried sprays with no avail, called Ron's and he courteously made us his next available appointment. Yellow jackets were getting into the attic somehow and in a couple week period had killed atleast a dozen in our home, my wife ordered some powder and a spray tool to blow the powder inside were they were entering out eves and sprayed the powder generously there. Just a couple days before Ron's appointment. Ron showed up on time and seen what we had already used and
I have lived in my home in Carmel for 3 years now and we have been dealing with the squirrels in our house and shed for the entire time.. We worked previously with another company and had them install one way trap doors, patch holes, lay traps, set up video monitoring, and the squirrels kept digging back in. After spending thousands of dollars with them and receiving no results I confided in my neighbors who referred us to Rustys. We worked primarily with Mike, who has been absolutely wonderful
Stop! If you are needing animal control, look no further!! Rusty’s Animal Control is THE best!!! The office personnel are so friendly!! Rusty and Chloe came out when I had a garter snake in my garden. I am EXTREMELY fearful of snakes. They treated me with respect and understood my fear. They let me know my vent screens had holes in them, and showed me pictures. They let me know they could fix the vents and came back when they said they would…and reasonably priced. They didn’t see the snake
I heard bats in my attic/walls and gave Joe a call at 10 pm. He called me back at 7 am and was out at my house the next day. He quickly got the gaps filled and the one-way door installed. His work was immaculate. A month later, he was back out to remove the one-way door and to install the last bit of flashing. As before, he was thorough, efficient, and professional. His rate was entirely reasonable, and I'll call him again if I ever have other critters in my home. He's the real deal!

I just can't say enough great things about Rustys, from thier prompt response ,i live in pendleton and had birds stuck in my vent although its an ongoing issue in my neighbourhood it was very hard to get any assistance until i contacted rustys ,they treated me with so much care and how handled my issues i had with the birds this company is caring and they do have passion for what they do. I was very well assisted. I recommend this company and I wish I could give them 10stars .
Called regarding a flea infestation in a rental home. David returned my call that day and met with me within two days. It was a lot worse than we expected and took several treatments. Vacuuming between treatments was recommended but we did not have the power on yet. David used his own vehicle for power and vacuumed for us. That's going above and beyond for sure! I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a great price and fantastic customer service!
