Fowler Pest Control

Extremely unprofessional company. I had scheduled an inspection with another pest control company and I had thought that it was with them. I no longer needed that inspection because I found another company to do it quicker, so I called Fowler Pest control to cancel. They said, “no problem, we have you canceled” without even checking to see if I actually had an appointment. So now I’m paying for a second inspection that was not necessary because the other company came by, and these people did not have the common courtesy of informing me there wasn’t an appointment in the first place. Do not do business with this company.

Very unprofessional and rude I should have went with my first instinct when the lady was speakimg to me she seemed short and uninterested more bothered that im even wanting services in the first place but i again like i do i chopped it up to a bad day but i was wrong So After I had to cancel because the kids were sick they said they would call back to reschedule they never did so i assumed services were cancelled but instead same day they reach out to my landlord (which I gave them the info because he pays ) and requested payment but never called to actually scheduled the appointment then finally called me 11 days later i the tenant missed the call so they made their own schedule to come out without clarification from me or landlord then blamed us when it had to be rescheduled. They had no clarification to schedule that appointment. Now they have been paid like I said beginning of july and im not still not scheduled out for almost 2 more wks and heres a big smack in the face part of my already paid services is outside spray which they can will not give me a date for the appointment could be another month smh I purposely seemed out a mom pop type pest control business small business I REGRET IT BADLY Also they would not give me a window of arrival they just kept saying some time that day even when i expressed i have kids and animals to remove It's been a very unprofessianl rude experience I'd rather get a refund and go through someone else so save yourself the trouble...... Find someone else

I called today to make arrangements for Fowler Pest Control to do a residential service call for a single bat flying around in my basement. I was informed that the starting price is $600 for a service call. Are you serious? I had to laugh and Andes the call politely. I don’t see how a residential service call starts at $600.
