When I scheduled my very first appointment with Orkin it was an 8am-10am arrival window. The technician did not show up to our home until 3 hours later after 1pm. We didn’t receive a call or a text informing us that he would be running late NOTHING. I ended up calling them, I was very nice about it asking when we should be expecting our technician to be here. Technician called and wanted to come over 2 hours early while we were still at work. We accommodated by getting off work early to meet him. Then he acted irritated when we weren't prepared when he got there. Also, prices were not made clear when appointment was made on the phone. Lastly, not sure treatment was complete or correct, tech made us feel rushed and hurried through the process. Gave us mis-information as to when we could return inside our home. They are predators and a complete scam. I have no idea how they have such high ratings. They tried to coerce me into getting bat removal + attic remediation for 30k when I got it done for half the price! Their rep kept texting me that I was making a mistake. And then for bug sprays they said the first visit will be free but charged me $200! When I wanted to cancel they said we need a thirty day notice which is not documented anywhere! .
