Nate came out and gave a deep inspection of my home and was honest and up front about what needed done. Answered every question i had and was very knowledgeable about the bugs i had seen. Prompt and professional, very thorough inspection. Willingness to go up into our attic that requires use of an extension ladder when another company had refused. Identified the pest, offered solutions and alternatives so we could make an informed decision. Problem solved with one visit!
