Enjoyed speaking with Karen. Out of the 3 Radon companys I called, they actually seemed to want to help with our damaged unit, and Karen had all the answers to my questions. The quoted fee was half what the others gave us, and they are able to come out in 3 business days instead of 2 weeks. Way to go Karen! :)

He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, showed up to do the job and tried to write me a bill for 10x what he quoted!! Terrible, dishonest people. I'd call them THEIFS, Crooked!!! RUN from these guys!!
