Mr Pest Control does a great job handling my multiple rental properties as well as several of our family members homes. The staff is prompt, professional and polite. They will help you with all your pest problems.

Mr Pest Control did a termite preventative treatment on our home over 26 years ago. They come every year to do an inspection. I recently had an issue with stink bugs. I called and was given an appointment the next day. The techs have always been very kind and take the time to address any concerns I might have. I highly recommend their service.

The quality & attitudes at the Charlestown office are apsolutely rude to say the least! My annual inspection has been done always around October and in past 2 any years they been changing it from month to month! The girl at the office said we will bill you in February for the 2024 inspection that They totally missed in October! Then she said we will bill you again in JUNE 2025! Then in December of 2024 A woman from Mr.Pest from the Charlestown office wanted to set up a date after the holidays and I said thats fine! There's lack of piss poor communication is getting worse! I've always received notifications prior to 2021 on when they could do it! I've asked more than once for the Owner to please contact me to resolve this matter once & for all! No matter what I say they call me a liar! So I'd like very much for the owner to be present when my wife is here as well!!

They came and sprayed the outside on a day where it poured down rain all day. My husband was home and didn’t even see the guy come. We just found a bill in our front door. We didn’t complain at first, just kept an eye on everything. Sure enough, now we have stink bugs and ants worse than ever before. I called and got them to agree to come out and re-spray (in a week) so I will update my review once this occurs. I was definitely most disappointed with the customer service. When I explained my concerns to the receptionist who answered the phone, she said “well we aren’t meteorologists.” Right but you can tell that it has been non stop raining because you have eyes. We are on a schedule where we get sprays quarterly and we might have to search for a new company. We already had to stop indoor sprays because they left spray marks all over our walls and permanently discolored the plastic windows in our screened in porch.

They only spend a couple seconds on each room, and they do not do a very good job. They do not get rid of the pest.

Staff are professional, on time and do a great job and always respectful.
