The Bug Man came recommended from a neighbor and I’m so happy I found out about this company. Tausha came to our house on time and she was professional, informative and very nice. The Bug Man (Tausha) took care of all of our pest issues. This is the first fall we could sit outside and not be bothered by bugs. I would Highly recommend Tausha and the Bug Man! Excellent service!!! Tausha Beck came out with in a couple hours of my call to get rid of the hornets nest in our back yard. Charged $250 to set 1 trap and camera for only 1 week then took trap away . Now the groundhogs are back and I'm out all that money for nothing. If I had known I never would have paid the ridiculous price to do nothing

We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your services. We strive to bring a resolution that accommodates both homeowner and wildlife. Our certified operator monitored the area of complaint with a camera 24 hours a day per 8 days the traps were set. Out of 400 plus pictures that we received we found no evidence of groundhogs. We as a family company are concerned for local wildlife and neighborhood pets. We exercise caution to not capture innocent animals. Every step was taken to safely capture the intended animal for safe removal. If you are now seeing groundhogs please reach out to our office and we would be happy to discuss with you a plan to re-monitor the area where you are seeing groundhog activity at no additional charge.
