Sad to say they were not helpful at all. Set up rodent control for our home and prepaid for full year service. Came to the home once in 2.5 months, laid a bait box and traps in the attic with the promise of returning in 2 weeks to check progress. Also, included in service was a pest control application that never happened. Made several attempts at reaching the technician and their office for return service and never happened. Finally called for a refund of services due to being ghosted over several months. Waited to post review in fear of withholding of refund. Found out this company is tied to TruGreen and that made sense since their customer service is absolutely horrific, as well. Sincerely wanted help but not in this fashion. Just beware of what you're asking for when meeting a company such as this. Sorry it had to be stated this way.
