Zach got to the root of my house’s mold problem unlike anyone else I called. He actually cared and went into detail. He answered all of my questions and was quick to get the work done even with bad weather. I’m not sure where the reviews came from about bad communication but Zach and Joe would answer my texts/calls AT MOST within a couple of hours. I didn’t have trouble getting ahold of them. They care, they’re affordable, and they offer a two year service guarantee if your problem comes back. Use them for mold instead of one of the big guys!

Sad business! No show for two separate appointments

Zach and Joe Greiner did extensive moisture and humidity remediation work in our crawlspace and attic and did a great job. They are friendly, reliable, and reasonable in prices. They are always booked at least a month ahead, so call now if you need help. Highly recommended.

I was told something and then told something else

I had them come to my home in Shelbyville. Very professional and informative. Showed up on time, they called ahead and once they arrived gave me a full description of what they would be doing. Definitely Recommend!

Fast friendly service

Horrible experience with this company! The owner was very nice to talk with but misled his ability to remove bats from my home and did a terrible job of sealing the attic which is now full of bats again. To make matters worse he refused to take care of the problem and just stopped taking my calls...don't use this company!
