Beware -- Xtermco is a self-acknowledged repeat offender of fraud. On 4/12/25 I was surprised how quickly Xtermco ground termite service checking Sentricon stations was finished. When I retrieved the paper copy report that was left, it said Xtermco had fixed some stations but found no termites... So I went to take a look. Determined about 40-50% of the stations were not looked at. The front and north side of the house were not accessed or serviced at all, nor was the east side of the garage.
