Beware -- Xtermco is a self-acknowledged repeat offender of fraud. On 4/12/25 I was surprised how quickly Xtermco ground termite service checking Sentricon stations was finished. When I retrieved the paper copy report that was left, it said Xtermco had fixed some stations but found no termites... So I went to take a look. Determined about 40-50% of the stations were not looked at. The front and north side of the house were not accessed or serviced at all, nor was the east side of the garage.
Our renewal agreement with Xtermco just came up, and we'll be renewing. We built our house in 1984 in Salt Lake, and the termite problem was so bad then that the pressure treated lumber (where the treatment had not penetrated) in the scrap pile on the job site were attacked by the termites during construction. We initially went with the ground treatment where they had to drill through your floors to inject the poison every so many years; it was disheartening since I had to repair the koa woo
