Super happy with Kaeo, Kandy, and their team. They were prompt with an appointment to get an accurate pricing. When it came to the work itself each time line they set up they hit it perfectly. They were even able to work in the crazy rain to set up the tent and removal both days the weather was bad. I was informed every step of the way. Working with them was easy and their crew members were very accommodating and kind.

We termite tented our 22 room hotel at the Waimea Country Lodge and Pacific Termite and Pest Control did an outstanding job!! Shalome and the crew were fast, efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the over all service. The staff at the office were very friendly and welcoming . The crew amazing. They packed up my house hold essentials that I failed to pack up. I appreciate all of you and all that you did. Very happy !!!

Terrible business. Had an inspection scheduled and a time frame was confirmed (4 hour window). Inspector showed up outside of that window (when no one was there) without calling to inform us he was early. Beyond that, the inspector got lost and said he could not find the property. Again, he did not call to verify address and location of the property. When I called the business, I was informed they would not reschedule a new appointment because they said the property does not exist. No other company has had any trouble finding our home. We gladly went with Bowman termite who gave us a great quote, showed up at the correct time and easily found our home. Pacific Termite is not reliable as advertised. Kandi, the office person was great to work with however.

We had an excellent experience and are very glad that we chose Pacific Termite and Pest Control for fumigation. Kandy was really easy to work with, very quick with returning calls and emails, and the fumigation crew was professional, right on time, and respectful of our property. They also happened to have one of the best estimates for our house. Definitely was service with Aloha!

Pacific Termite was able to get me a quick appointment and took care of business. I might have gotten lucky due to a cancellation, but whatever the reason, I am so happy. I was coordinating from the mainland and they took care of it in a professional manner with great communication. I highly recommend them. They'll be seeing me again the next time I need to tent. We recently had our home tented by Pacific Termite and Pest Control and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual and thorough. They completed it on schedule and when we returned it was exactly as we left it, except now it is termite and bug free. Pacific Termite Pest Control was wonderful to work with! Kandy was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and the exterminators were efficient and friendly and did an incredible job!! They went above and beyond!

Everyone I spoke to on the PTPC staff was friendly and helpful. We had to make a last minute schedule change and I was so grateful to be accommodated! They really went the extra mile. Nan was also helpful in making sure we were prepared and knew what to do. The crew who came the day of fumigation were punctual and kind as well. Great experience and definitely recommend!
