I had termite droppings in my greenhouse, near the door. I called several termite companies. They were the fastest to respond & sent someone out same day. Steven was great - punctual & communicative. Diagnosed the problem quickly & correctly - it was my door (not frame as I assumed) & I dropped off the door in the morning to be fumigated & picked up in the same afternoon. Best prices. Most efficient. It’s been several months later & still no termites. I waited several months to leave a review to ensure quality work. They are the best!

Took 1 star off because the wait time to get a date is soooo long. We could have tried other companies but were loyal to the Onos. Their crew must read previous reviews because they did a great job. Came early and got started. Each of the 4 guys had respective responsibilities and the work was done thoroughly. Took about 3 hours to get the tent on. They gave us a safe-to-enter time for the next day. The gravel was all shoveled back nicely and my river rocks near each rain gutter drain were arranged better than they found it - really appreciated that, guys! There was a handwritten note on the door that stated safe entry time - the company should have a supply of preprinted ones with fill in the blanks to look more professional. Hopefully the termites stay away at least 2 years. Office staff was great with supplying bags and advice.

Called the day before to get a specialist to help me with a rodent issue. They came the next day very punctually and had good recommendations and great customer service. Mahalo

Very pleased with the tent fumigation services provided by Hilo Termite! While it took a while to get scheduled, it was worth the wait, and their crew did an awesome job!

They leave a mess behind after treatment. Dead plants and nails all over the place. Pretty sloppy.

Contracted with them almost three months ago and have yet to know when we're even on their schedule. How do you let people hang for three months without giving them a date even. Its not like I'm asking to have the contracted work done, just that I'd like to know when we have to leave our house and when we can look forward to a night without swarmers pouring out of our cabinets.

I was treated so very rudely and when I asking a questioned the lady was disrespectfull. On top of that they do a free estimate but you got to wait till they're in your areas. Go to another company they're so unprofessional and NO ALOHA

There office told me someone would have called it is 12:09 pm 07/28/2020 .they have not called at all how convenient there office is close from 12 to 1 for lunch and there dispatcher tells me they will be there in the morning i have other appointments to go to this is so unprofessional. They have all these people to call but you need to leave a message

I love there services. Very qualified, polite employees who know there job. Questions? Just ask! The're more then happy to answer them. Employees are hard workers , and although they are very maticulas in insuring a great seal & critters stay in for termination.. Very quick. But hands down they are safeuhh workers. Please :)

Would give them a 0 star if possible. Recently had my house and two other family member houses fumigated and had a horrible experience. My grandmothers house started off first the damage were cigarette butts everywhere at a smoke free house and gravel that we had placed in cetain places because it was slippery for my grandmother we’re dug up and used to anchor the tarps down and had not been placed back. Second was my house which was recently renovated by myself. Came back to find ciggarette ashes and butts all over the new wooden floors and new tables also found all of my ice cream completely gone and spoons also which the rubbish and spoons were not hidden they were in plain sight on the garage floor. This house was also a complete mess with dirt and gravel missing from places. Also they had used my personal tools such as shovels and rakes which I had found lying in my yard. Lastly my uncles house. They had gone to tent my uncles house which they had completely failed to realize they had tented the complete wrong house they tented his neighbors house without realizing it. Also found a note they had dropped from a hotel they stayed at stating “This room is a complete smoke free zone we have noticed signs of smoking in the room”
