We've been using Patriot for a few years. Matt is great! We get a text the night before letting us know he's coming and time. He's great, gets it done and out the door. I love it because we don't have to keep up with whether they've come or not. We've used other companies, and it's almost like we have to keep up with whether we're getting what we've paid for. We also pay for the yearly termite check. Their service is appreciated!

Highly dissatisfied with the service they tried to provide. They were recommended to me by a neighbor so I gave them a shot. The house I just bought is infested with fleas. They came out and sprayed resulting in absolutely nothing changing, I called and they came back the following Monday and sprayed again, yielding the same result. After the second treatment I was told “we don’t know what to tell you, I’ll just have them issue a refund.” I gave them two stars because they did give me a refund, however when getting another pest control service out I needed to have a list of chemicals that patriot sprayed (which state law says they should have already provided to me) so that way no wrong chemicals could be mixed. I spoke with Sabrina who assured me it was only one chemical sprayed, then I spoke with Bradley (the tech that came to spray) and he told me he sprayed TWO chemicals. I told Sabrina what Bradley said and that I needed an updated invoice, on the new invoice there was now THREE chemicals sprayed. I called Sabrina at this time to address some concerns as I felt I was getting the run around on what was actually sprayed at my house. She became agitated stating she was only a secretary, and just assumed what chemicals were sprayed instead of talking to the actual tech who did the treatments. The tech did the best he could and was nice throughout the process. Sabrina, however, was very unprofessional in my opinion and should have called the tech to find out exactly what was sprayed at my house instead of making any assumptions. Had I not done my research to find out what was sprayed and the other pest control service not have been as diligent as they were, since mixing chemicals can be dangerous, a toxic environment could have been caused due to Sabrina’s lack of work. If you have a flea problem, do not use this company.

I had a massive yellow jacket nest appear under my deck. My dog found the nest and was stung several, several times. I seen a cloud of hundreds of yellow jackets. I called Patriot Pest solutions and the next day they had someone out. Problem solved. They were very eager to earn my business. They truly cared about my family and dog's welfare.
