We had powder post beetles. I called around and got estimates and Vortex gave me the best estimate. The first thing that impressed me about Vortex was that Michele, co-owner & office person, suggested what kind of bug was causing our issue. She was absolutely correct! Next, they did a fantastic job of covering all the areas when they sprayed. Our house is very unusual and has a very high roof on the sections were the beetles were drilling into our home. They also sprayed on the inside and outside of our garage. So they did our house and our garage for a very reasonable price. So reasonable that an estimate I received from another company was almost twice as much. Shane explained that fortunately it would only take one coat and gave me an excellent guarantee. I highly recommend Vortex Waterproofing and Pest Solutions.

Chey and his team encapsulated my basement. We have had mold and water problems for years- and to say that is a thing of the past would be an understatement. It’s like another world down there now. I feel like I’m walking around in Dexters Laboratory. They went above and beyond, raking the dirt, hauling off trash, and installing a full perimeter French drain.
