We were looking to switch to a different pest control company after being dissatisfied with the one we had and American Pest Control had some of the best reviews so we decided to give them a call. I spoke to Cynthia over the phone who explained everything in detail and she scheduled the technician to come out and give us a quote. She was very nice and helpful! This company gives excellent service for very reasonable prices! We had a termite invasion and I called for help, everyone from the office staff to the field representative(Alisha)and the termite expert (Thomas) were very courteous and respectful of our home our time and our budget! Very friendly and lovely people. I love when a company treats you like they are happy to have you as a customer and they do! Genuine smiles and happiness. They also are EXCELLENT at pest control. He sprayed inside and outside of my house. On the outside he sprayed in places I didn't think to spray. I highly recommend them! I would give them 100 stars if I could.
