I also paid in full and they never returned , said they'd reschedule and never did . I'm a single mom . That was alot on me and I am still blown away how casually this company ripped me off a year later looking for pest control in this small ,shady town .

First appointment went well. Missed the second apt, no call no show. When I contacted him he said he would reschedule . Never heard a word back. Do NOT pay him until all work is complete!
