Deshannon showed up on time for a treatment and termite inspection. He knocked down Joro nests and replaced termite traps. I appreciate his attentiveness to these details. Bug House, in general, is a great company and I’ve been pleased with their service and price.

Our technician (Daniel) did a great job today treating exterior of our home and deck for ants. He also cleared all all the spider webs around windows and and above the exterior doors. This was not requested but very much appreciated !

Shout out to Dan. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met! Nice to see a happy smiling person first thing in the morning. He took care of our palmetto bugs all around the house, explained the different sprays for different problems, etc. He took it upon himself to knock down the spider nests that would spew webs across our handicapped ramp (whoever was the first person to leave the house got stuck with webs in face). It wasn't included in our plan but was in his heart to help us without even asking. Thank you and bless you, Dan!

Had my quarterly extermination done on 04/22. Technician Preston, was able to answer all questions and concerns. He had outstanding manners and was pleasant to work with. He checked all outside mice baits and refilled them. I appreciated how he took his time doing this and wasn’t rushed.

DESHANNON is very good at keeping the critters out! But mostly he is so engaging and kind. He is the best technician I’ve ever had!

We were with this company for a few years. We I called to restart service, whom ever answer the phone.... Her Customer Service skills are in question!! I was very disappointed, ended up calling some one else that was referred to me! Ended up going w/ another company.......

Shady company. After specifically requesting to stop service multiple times, they send someone out anyway and then send you a bill. After multiple phone calls and being assured it’s an “honest” mistake, they still continue sending bills. Avoid this company.

Terribly dishonest, unprofessional company. They did not respect our multiple requests to stop service. This has happened twice now. They come by unannounced, use their ineffective spray and then send you a bill. I’ve called four times now asking them to remove their bogus bill from our account. Each time they say they will, then the same bill arrives later. Guessing they count on people to not pay attention and just pay their fake bill? Seems like a bad business model.

A technician showed up at the house today for an unscheduled appointment. He lied to my wife about not only me confirming the appointment but also that I requested the inside of the house to be treated. He entered the house without any PPE or any other considerations related to the current COVID-19 environment. I will no longer use their services. When I called to report the incident and let them know I wouldn’t be using them anymore the lady who answered only responded with something to the effect of, “OK, I’ll make sure to cancel any future service.” That was it. No apology.

I would give zero stars if possible. No one told me that what they use could be harmful to my 3 babies didn't find this out till the bill came in the mail it said it on the bill. All 3 of them got sick vomiting shortly after. Did not kill the bugs. Did not spray the whole house like they said they did.

They were able to get to our house quicker than anyone else in the area. They did a treatment for Palmetto Bugs and we haven't had issues since. We signed up for quarterly service through them. They were also less expensive than most. The technician who came was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They "inspected" our house before we bought it and reported no termites. As soon as we moved in, we found termite damage and active termites in our kitchen. They claimed their inspection was only visible surfaces, thus they are not held liable for any damage.
