After I left this review the company did call, apologize and did everything they could to make it right including coming back out and setting up another service. I respect the company for making an effort to make it right! I am increasing the rating I left because of this! I however still have a hard time rating super high because I really tried to escalate while in my initial service and was unable to get anywhere, and unfortunately you know if this happens to one person it most likely happens
