I wouldn't even give them a 1 star ...after problem after problem I finally cancelled my contract and was promised last charge would be cancelled due to my issue. Every month I continued to get billed every month I called in and was promised everything will be taken care of. Then this month I get letter that my account is being turned over to collections for a charge of 76.00 for a service that was NEVER completed! DO want NOT use this company unless you just want a headache!!!

Josh was absolutely great to work with. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to really listen and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my infestation, breaking everything down in a way that was clear and reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers and making sure they feel informed. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness, highly recommend!

Everyone at Orkin in Vidalia has been wonderful! Clay is the person who does our yearly termite inspection. He is so nice and polite, very professional. He inspects our home quickly and thoroughly.
