I was told the reason the 1st visit was more expensive is because they knock the cobwebs down & spray the outside as well as the inside & put bait out all over. So far nothing has been done on the outside. Also, they've been coming almost a year & I still have roaches in my kitchen. I've called & asked multiple times for them to put out more bait & use a better spray but that's not been done yet either. The bugs cleared up after a couple months, but then started seeing them again & it's getting…
