Adams Exterminators is a full service pest, termite, mosquito, and moisture control company. We have been providing services for customers all over Southwest Georgia since 1971. We are a second generation family owned and operated business with customer service being our number one priority. Each of our technicians are experienced, state licensed, and have undergone thorough background checks. We utilize the most advanced pest treatment methods and service residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We also install full dehumidification systems for crawlspaces to help control moisture issues. They only come once a year. They don’t setup an appointment like they said they would. They contact you multiple times when they want to get paid though. Then they gave out my personal information (check# and bank name) without my permission to someone that did not pay them. They are unprofessional- they are supposed to out my information letting someone know how much a paid for how long.

Hey Ms. Moore, I think there may be some confusion? Your termite services are intact, and the termite guarantee on your home requires us to come out once a year to check your bait stations to ensure they are fully baited for the following year. I apologize if you were told or thought we were going to come on a more frequent basis. We follow the label of the termiticide we use, which is an annual visit. We also have never had your checking account information on file with our company, nor would we ever give that info out if we did have it (nor could we since our system encrypts that info when it is saved). Your renewal fee you paid is to keep the termite guarantee for the following year. If pst due on payment, we do call to remind customers, or to see if they would like to cancel the guarantee. I have used Adam's at two different places for termite control. I also had them to encapsulate the crawl space at the farm and my current home in Douglas. This is an excellent way to control humidity/mold. I recommend encapsulation for anyone that lives in a damp or wet area. They did a great job at both homes and their price was reasonable. I am still using them in Douglas.

My wife and I bought our first house. We where told that the house has a transferable pest control if we wanted it. We have not had money to do much of anything after moving in, so we have not signed up or agreed to anything at all. (Nothing was signed during the buying process that related to adams) We thought we would continue using them once we could afford it. I got a letter saying that if I didnt pay the renual that they would send it to MY collections. That right there turned me away. How are you going to turn over payment to collections that I did not sign up for in the first place. They said that they needed to get the termite things out of the ground. I asked to schedule an appointment (due to not liking people on my property when I'm not there) I get a text out of nowhere on a random morning asking if it was a good time to come out. I had said that I would prefer to be home and I don't want anybody there when I'm not home. He said it would only be outside and STILL continued to come on my property after I stated that I wanted to be home. I'm not bashing, just sharing what turned me away even with having equipment already installed.

I have had Adams since they took over the account from the previous exterminator company. Since Dale was staying on I didn't question staying with Adams. Has been great. Dale is great.

Still seeing bugs

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with bugs. Please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance. We tried to find your account so we could personally reach out, but it must be under a different name than the one listed above.
The first few months there were no change in my bug situation period The technician would come in and spray around the Windsor seals And along the floor but never address the issue I wore the bugs really wore which was behind the refrigerator. Since then Kevin has come in and made it his mission to end my bug problem he is doing a very good job at the moment.
This place never contacted me.
The guy actually told my wife and I that "He didn't know where we brought the critters from"... I mean c'mon!!
