I contacted them regarding possible bat problem. Adam came out and did an inspection. He scheduled service. I was very impressed and changed my pest control service provider to Pete's. The two people who came out were very professional and it was a pleasure dealing with them. They inspected everything and did routine spraying of the house, shed and workshop. No bats! They are going to check the roof when the ice clears as the problem may be squirrels. I would highly recommend them for any pest control services.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly tenacious—in the best way possible. He worked hard and patiently until the job was done right and successfully removed a bird from our dryer vent without any issues or damage. Called to have a squirrel sent back to the wild. Squirrel had already gone so Adam fixed the chimney cap to prevent further problems.

It was good at first but they never responded to when I was available on days off to spray the whole area not just the front. I have dogs in backyard. The worst area was the backyard. Ignored my request and time frame. Honestly we had roaches and bugs throughout the service.
