Main tech was easy to understand and work with. Seemed to do a good job. Had a trainee with him that did the “garage sweep”. Most of the cobwebs and spiders are gone there but certainly not all. Was also a bit disappointed that going into the attic was not even considered. Brand new customer. So we will see.

Just knocked the wasp nests down and wouldn’t you know it, they came back a week later. They said their $150 treatment was a 1 time thing. Useless company, get someone to actually solve the problem instead of selling you on their stupid plans.

You called us a week later asking us to come back and treat for a new wasp nest. It was clearly communicated that we do not provide reservices for a one-time treatment. Bad actor.Lets get the facts straight I passed you as I was passing you yelled out at me first. I think you said what you looking at. That’s when I told you that I have a dash cam and you would be on the net tonight and I told that you have your phone number on the back of your truck. Let’s get the facts straight. Ok

Thank you for your review. As with everything, there are two sides to every story. The person you came across was me, the owner of the company. As a US Marine (Combat Vet - Iraq 2003), I believe in integrity. It's one of our most valued traits. So, I will admit that was cutting in and out of traffic so that I could make an appointment in Peachtree City at 4 p.m. I was wrong for that and could've slowed myself down. Now, let's get to the point prior to you trying to insight a road rage altercation with me. Prior to the red light, you came up on the passenger side of my Jeep (both of us had our windows rolled down) and swirved into my lane as you were throwing up your hands and yelling at me. When we go to the red light I was ahead of you and when you slowly rolled by again eyeballing me and running your mouth, I asked you what you had to say. At that point you had rolled past my vehicle. But then you felt the need to illegally put your car in reverse at a RED LIGHT so that you could back up and begin in on your raging rant to me. You stated that I almost took off your front bumper. And I asked "Did I?". That was all I said. You were the one that carried on for about 2 minutes making threating comments. When you were done, you pulled back up and continued to eyeball me in your rear view mirror. Why? Were you hoping I would engage with you? So, were you not reckless? Were you not careless? On initial one year renewal of termite contract they forgot to check the stations around garage and proceeded to tell me that since I used river Rock for landscaping and it covered some of the stations that I would have to pay extra to find the stations. When I questioned about the diagram they had when they placed the stations which would help to find them they said the time it took to find them was to much. I said what about if you used pinestraw or mulch then how was that different. I also said when putting in septic tanks there was even a diagram to find it. I even spoke to CJ and Shane the owner and got no assistance. I was told it was up to me to find the stations to have the contract renewed. Staff was rude and unprofessional and argumentative. I stated I would just cancel the contract and CJ said they would come out and take stations up. I stated well you can find them then but not find them to satisfy my contract. I have not done anything to damage the stations and when the landscaping company did the slate on the driveway the took the 3 stations in the front up so they would not be damaged and advised me to call Shane’s to come back and put them in the ground. I called them and they came and reinserted them in the ground. I have done everything to protect the stations and have not harmed them. Now they are saying since the rock is on the sides of the house that I have to pay to find the stations. At the time they came to put the three stations in the front back down not one person mentioned to me about the river rock on the sides of the house. I feel I have done everything in my power to keep up my end of the contract. I have not had any new construction or done any damage to the stations and now they want me to pay to find them or do it myself

Chris came out said they would take care of it I paid them 788 dollars to do the work. I provided a lift for them to use . After about 1 week I saw that the bats were still getting back in so I called them back out. Then Chris came back out we spoke about where the areas were they were coming in and he assured me they would seal up all areas and fix the problem. They came back out sealed a few areas and told me he would have to talk to the supervisor about the other areas. I waited 5 days and they never called back so I called them spoke with Chris on the phone he advised me that they wouldn't be able to do anything else because it was dangerous and I told him thats why I rented the lift for yall. Brandon came out to my house to look and told me there was nothing he could do I tried to pled with him that I just wanted the bats gone but he got upset and said he came out to my house for nothing. Would not use them again. If you do decide to try this company please make sure they have thoroughly assessed everything before you pay them to do the job feel that this should have been addressed early on and it was not. So we are out the 300 dollars for the lift and 788 dollars and still have bats.

Thank you for your review. You did leave out a few facts. #1) We performed all of the work that we agreed to perform (listed in writing on the service agreement). We did provide you a guarantee that they wouldn't find another entry/exit point. Again, clearly communicated that this was a one time service with no guarantees. The place that you are referring to, that we "refused" to fix, was not included on the service agreement. In addition, it takes a 40 foot ladder to reach the spot AND the ladder could not be stabilized. Therefore it is UNSAFE for anyone to attempt to reach this spot. We kindly offered to return $200 to you since we were not able to make you completely satisfied. You refused our offer and stated that you know how bad a negative review can impact a small business. So, you came here to leave your review. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give our side of the story.

These guys lost a potential customer when one of their drivers ran a stop sign in front of me and nearly caused a multiple car accident. If they are not careful driving, why would I trust them with my home?

I strongly DO NOt recommend this company due to the lack of communication between the inside administrators & technicians, improper diagnosis, they cannot properly complete the job they quote you for, the quality of work & repairs are very poor, employees are very rude and handle their mistakes/situations very unprofessionally.
