I have been very pleased with Northwest (Enviroguard) Exterminating! Clay Simpson is the Business Development Manager. He has been to my home several times to personally address my pest care needs and concerns. Dylan Welborn is my Service Tech. He is the best! Takes very good care of me. Always quick to answer a question or lend a hand. The Northwest (Enviroguard) staff has always been courteous and helpful. They are a local business doing a good job for the community.

called them TWO times none of them worked. we had a drain fly issue in our bathroom drains and the guy just sprayed something and left . Didnt work at all so we took matters into our own hands and poured boiling water down the drain and did more than he ever could. Crazy you guys SUCK and take advantage of people and are so lazy at their jobs! 😐

Horrible service. Never answered the phone. Had to leave messages and they didn't return calls for requested follow-up appointments. I usually write good reviews, check them and find some great folks to do business with but Do NOT do business with EnviroGuard

We had a horrible experience with Enviroguard. We had small spiders and bugs around the outside of the house. Their chemicals were ineffective and we had to call another company to come out.Do business at your own risk.

Make sure you go with them for the inspection. Said it would cost 4 to 9k to get rid of bats after the inspection. Did it ourselves and found that the bats weren’t actually in the attic but outside the screen on a vent. Sprayed water and they flew away. Such a scam.

The way they do things is outdated and we continued having issues over the years. I had to treat my house myself because what they were using did not last. Plus their bait traps did not work. They told me that I have to add my own traps. Sadly A waste of money if I had to do their job. Cooks Pest Control is more up to date on treatments and care about your needs and wants.

We had a Sump Pump Blue Angel 1/3 HP F33CIS put in under our home. I don't believe they have the expertise to install these. It kept turning off and finally quit in a little over a year & they would not respect the warranty; we had to call them several times and the owner was very rude; the office starting blocking the calls. So we had to buy another sump pump through a local company. Beware!!!! maybe only for pest control.

Sorry to any poor sap ahead of time the falls for the same thing I did. They will charge you for work they never show up to do, and their "fees" will magically increase after you sign the contract with them. Update: Glad to see you guys give out my email address to spam websites. Tested it by setting up a different account with a new email and user name just to make sure and voila same outcome. P.s. having a lot of fake accounts with 1 review on them + each of the reviews posted at the same time with the EXACT same tags makes your company look worse than it already is.

We were repeat customers so we had high expectations. We were not at all pleased with the QUALITY of service we received. They were very nice and on time, but after the initial treatment and three more subsequent treatments we still have the bug problem! We were told by Chris that they took the bed apart and took it outside and sprayed it real good and put it all back together and we found that not to be true. We took the bed apart ourselves today and found cobwebs in the corner of the underneath of one of the drawers of the bed and they were just here for their last inspection and spray only three days ago and if the underside of the bed was sprayed like I asked I would not have found those cobwebs there. We also found hundreds of white eggs along the rails of both sides of the bed and underside of the rails there, again, that should not have been there if everything was cleaned properly to begin with and sprayed underneath there like it was supposed to be and like I requested . I can’t wait to see the underside of the dressers we have not turn those over yet but we will . So now here we are back to square one and trying to remedy the situation using some permethrin that I ordered online. When Clay came out for the original inspection he told us permethrin would not do any good for these bugs but yet what they sold us and what they brought out was $150 bed cover that had permethrin on it !!! Meanwhile we’re out $750 total. We definitely won’t be using these people again and I don’t advise anyone else to either. Go get you some permethrin online and just do it yourself people you’ll save about $710.

Warning: They require you to sign a contract with them before you even get a chance to see their results - which means that they get your money whether they get results or not. After a few months of Enviroguard Pest Control treating our home, our pest problem is WORSE than it was before. When we wanted to go with another company, we were informed that we'd have to pay them hundreds of dollars to cancel the contract or face legal action.
