I've had numerous issues with YA. Three times in five years they posted my termite payment to my monthly pest control account, making it appear as though termite was not paid, when in fact both termite AND pest control were paid fully and on time. Then they sent me to collections after I received a biting phone call from their office rep where I explained they posted it wrong. It took an owner confronting the office member to work it out, and then they did it again. THREE TIMES. Now, I've moved.

We have the bi-monthly outside spraying. We are happy with the service. I am NOT happy that the pest control employee came and sprayed the yard without setting up the appointment with me. We have a dog and she could have been in the yard. I'm not sure how she would have reacted to a stranger coming in the back yard. Would he have just skipped the back yard? Otherwise, satisfied with the service.

They were supposed to come and inspect our home for sale. They never showed up and claimed no one from their company ever put it on the schedule. Rescheduled for Thursday at 4 so my wife and I adjusted our schedules. They showed up at 330 and claimed that was on their schedule. We both had to adjust our schedules again to work around their incompetence. Not even an apology. Losers
