Bridgette came out to do a termite inspection and claimed that there was termite damage on some trim in the garage and a live infestation at the shed at the back of the property and wouldn't give us a clearance letter without paying $1300 for treatment. Thankfully we called for a second opinion. Not only did he say he couldn't find anything she was talking about but they only charge $600 for a treatment, not that he recommended we needed one anyways. This place is an absolute scam looking to take advantage of families.

Hi Melissa, I will be more than happy to show your new inspector what I found. Usually if there is a difference in inspections. Both inspectors are called out to prove which one is right.
