I just wanted an estimate and when the exterminator finally called me he was talking so fast that it was very hard to understand what he was saying, I was able to get a few words in. He spent most of the time putting down his competition (another pest control company). I don't like to do business with a company that has employees that try to get my business by talking bad about other companies and not giving an estimate has to how much they are going to charge for there services. The person that I spoke with was more concerned about his cats and how he gave them bath's once a week and putting down his competition than simply giving me an estimate.
