The associate went over everything in detail (excellent salesman) and the following day, Japan went to work on my property. I have had a face full of spiderwebs since. Be ware. Outside sales people misrepresent services and are nowhere to be found when u need service. Management cannot be reached. Hidden behind layer upon layer of call centers. Stay away from this company!

I was convinced this would be a good company to change to. Showed up twice. First time stopped due to rain and I was to get a call to reschedule, I didn’t. Called & they then called me an said someone would come out. He did come, but didn’t get rid of spiders or clean garage entry.

I strongly advise against using EcoShield Pest Solutions. A salesperson knocked on our door and my wife signed up for their service, which seemed fine at first. The technician came out the very next day to perform the initial treatment. Three hours after they left, the company actually called me to admit they made a massive mistake: the technician had sprayed the inside of our indoor sauna. We have absolutely zero bug issues, but spraying synthetic chemicals inside a high-heat, unsealed wood box where people sweat and breathe deeply is incredibly reckless. Their only advice was to "not use it" and that I should wash it out myself. It has now been five days, and I have made three separate attempts to get someone to help me resolve this. Their phone system routes you to an overseas call center, and it is impossible to get a local branch manager or anyone with actual authority to call me back. They contaminated an expensive indoor sauna with pesticides due to sheer incompetence, and their customer service completely abandoned us when it came time to fix their error. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually answers the phone when they mess up your property.
