I was contacted the day before to let me know the initial treatment for mosquitoes was scheduled. On the day of treatment the Mosquito Joe associate called and texted me to let me know that he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. He was prompt and treated the shrubs on the property with a misting machine. He told me that he will treat the property every 3 wks All went as planned and scheduled. Hoping that this will be the beginning of a summer without mosquitoes!

Mosquito Joe staff are always so friendly. They always call ahead of time. I’ve been using their services for years and I have not had to medicate my dogs with flea and tick medication. Mosquito Joe keeps my dogs flea free.

We’ve been using Mosquito Joe for several years and have been very satisfied. Our home is on a lake, so the mosquitoes can get really bad, but their service has made a noticeable difference. They’re consistent, professional, and always show up as scheduled. Their team is friendly and easy to work with. It’s nice being able to enjoy our outdoor space. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service.. Owner is rude and doesn't care about losing customers. Did a price increase because of the size of my yard and still only did a horrible job. Called to complain several times and never got anywhere. Was told we didn't have a contract so we could just go elsewhere 🤬 Been with this company 3 yrs and I am so disgusted by lack of service and being talked down too by the owner . Needless to say they won't be returning to my home.

I saw not any mosquitoes bites with first application. With the other times, there were some mosquitoes bites. It helped, mosquitoes wasn't bad as previous. Using this did help but did not eliminate mosquitoes.

was told my house was treated on Friday which was a lie , they then told me they did neighbor by mistake. My neighbor pulled cameras and that was a lie as well . I have called in 3 times and they will not call me back. Please do not use this service as they cannot be truthful. UPDATE: They did call me back after a voicemail was left. I was pretty much told I was a liar and that if the tech said he treated my yard then i was screwed. Then the owner was listening in and spoke up yelling at me after I told him about my google review and then he hung up on me. Customers beware

While it's unfortunate that the technician accidentally sprayed your neighbor's lawn on the date of your treatment, it was an honest mistake. When our office manager talked to you and verified that this was the case, she scheduled a follow-up treatment for the next day. You appeared okay with this decision, and we scheduled the treatment. However, the following day, you became verbally aggressive, claiming your neighbor used video footage to claim we'd never been there. Again, we assured you our GPS and technician verified he treated your neighbor's lawn by mistake. At this point, you asked for a refund for $73.99, which we gladly refunded to you. While we apologize for the error on our part, we're afraid we cannot tolerate aggressive behavior towards our office staff. So when you began shouting profanities at my business partner, we decided it was best to hang up the phone. We wish you well.<br>The Mosquito Joe Team
