Guy that service our apartment was rude and disrespectful I’ll never use them again. IJoesph was the one that came out and he was rude and said he’s been doing it for 17years but didn’t wanna give us no advice. I’ll never use them.they also put a whole in my box spring fabric when they do d the last treatment very unprofessional plus he don’t wanna admit to cutting our fabric of the box spring

I have been using Robard's for several years and have been very pleased with the results. They were able to eliminate a serious issue we were having with pesky palmetto bugs. Now, I rarely see a bug in our home. We found a scorpion in our home and they quickly responded and sprayed specifically for scorpions. Joseph and his employees are always respectful of our home and very friendly.

Goes beyond what typical pest service calls for. I've been a customer for 10+ years now and have never been disappointed. Kind, courteous and trustworthy. Have and would recommend to anyone I know or that asks.

I’ve been using Robards’s for over 12 years and have never been disappointed. Joseph is an ultimate professional and is always ready to answer any questions you might have. I’m on a slab and have had several issues throughout the years and he has always handled whatever creepy crawling things that come in. He has 2 sons who sometimes work with him and they are equally awesome. Give him a shot…you won’t be sorry!!

We like to support small businesses when we can and this is one we have not regretted. Joseph is local, honest and kind. We always get a call or text when he is coming for our monthly service to keep our pests and bugs away. Call Joseph…you won’t regret it.

Always receive a text when it is time for my service. Never have a problem with any spiders or ants after he has sprayed. Overall, does a great job and pleased with the service

Been please with this company. They show up on time, deliver the product at a reasonable price and are always eager to make sure it’s right. Will continue to use them.

This guys is a complete waste of time. He has no called no showed twice. First time he set the day and time and didn’t even bother calling. Showed up two days later with some lady in his truck got out walked around and said he had to do an estimate. Never heard back. Figured we would give him another chance and had several neighbors wanting local business. Same. Exact. Thing. No call no show on the day and time HE PICKED!!! Then blames his wife and says she can’t handle being his office manager and he has 75 clients a day but he will let us know. Don’t waste your time trying to support small businesses with this guy. Spend your money elsewhere.

Never came to appointment that he made with us. Never called us back to follow up why
