Superior in name but inferior in experience Georgia Superior Lawns scheduled an appointment with me — their choice of day and time — to quote multiple landscape projects. They never showed. No call, no text, no follow-up, before or after. I've heard nothing from them since. I was a ready buyer with real work to give. All they had to do was show up, or send one message if they couldn't. They did neither. If basic communication is optional before the sale, I'm not curious what it looks like after. One star. "Superior" is doing a lot of work in that name.

GSL has a great team. We have a forest of trees surrounding our home,like many in Ga. GSL came out and cleaned up our yard removing all leaves and debris. 2 weeks later,they came back and covered our front yard forest with mulch. I can't say enough about Tyler and his team, on time,very professional,very careful about exsisting lawn and landscape, they cleaned up and made it look like the mulch just appeared in place.... I highly recommend Georgia Superior Lawns,great pricing as well!!!

I called Friday April 4th a 9:05 a.m. which is 5 minutes after they open. They didn’t answer and their recording suggested sending a text message. I did so immediately. At 10:21 I received a response asking for my address in order to prepare a quote. I responded within seconds. However, I didn’t receive response, and 3 days later still no response. I was looking forward to using their services, but the lack of response may indicate customer service levels.

They do fantastic work. The entire crew is great. Customer's have even commented on what a great job they do.

Quick response and a fair price, saved my husband and I time getting a big yard debris/spring cleanup project done, which means more time to spend on fun things with our toddler. Super nice staff all around!

I pay my HOA which pays them to cut our grass weekly. But they have been purposely skipping over my house. My grass hasnt been cut in weeks and this isnt the 1st time its happened. They also leave my yard gate open when they come and my dog has escaped a few times because of it. Not understanding why they leave my gate open when their not even cutting my grass. This company is the worst

I have been so impressed with this business. I reached out to them for some landscaping and consulting about planting grass from removing 6 large oak trees. We've been talking, and dealing with Tyler....this young man has been phenomenal to deal with. His commitment to customer service is something I haven't seen in a while. We reached out to them for light grading work, and we are now using them to hydroseed our landscaped yard, and treat the weeds and grass in the existing areas. I can't say enough good about this company.

Update. I'm disappointed in the professionalism of this company. The work looked good initially. After 6 weeks and constant watering, some of the plants are dying. I have tried to contact them, but communication is terrible.

Tyler from Georgia Superior Lawns took care of us!! We moved into our home in 2018 and our back yard was a mess and an eyesore. Tyler came out, listen to what issues we saw, made recommendations and then worked with us to keep within our budget. We can't be happier and can't wait to entertain this summer.
