If I could give zero stars, I would. Unprofessional, deceptive, and dishonest. I hired them for rodent trapping. They charged $500 upfront for 5 week trapping. Halfway through I was worried because they didn’t catch a SINGLE rodent. Despite me consistently finding droppings. They reassured me that if they didn’t catch any by the end of the 5 weeks then they would just extend beyond the 5 weeks at no charge and change techniques.
