We just had our initial service from Reliant Pest Control. The technician, Carmelo, was excellent!! Awesome customer service and extremely diligent in treating both inside and outside of our home. This is what pest control is supposed to look like. We have had Orkin and Bug Out in the past and their service was nothing like the service Carmelo provided. Thank you Carmelo and thank you Reliant Pest Control!!!

Outstanding service! The technician was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Since their visit, I’ve noticed a huge improvement—no more pests! The local staff is also friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend Active if you want reliable, honest, and effective pest control.
Had my first appointment with Reliance and I can not love the pest control guy any more! Great guy and spoke with me about issues I’ve been having and told me what his game plan was to fix it. I appreciate this kind of customer service more than anything. Especially when he mentioned how it is with animals too, (safe when dried)
